On line 9, the value for the givens field is "Duanne J", the suggested correction is "Samuel J". Submitted by Glen Johnson.
This correction was evaluated by Janet Swim: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: The suggested change does not match or reflect the enumerator's method in writing of a capital letter "S" as in line 11 of the same page.
