On line 18, the value for the surname field is "Turner", the suggested correction is "Turnor". Submitted by Loraine Wilhelm.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
