On line 40, the value for the givens field is "Elizabeth Murne", the suggested correction is "Elizabeth Marne". Submitted by Dawn Asch.
This correction was evaluated by June James: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
