On line 8, the value for the givens field is "Luoise", the suggested correction is "Luvise". Submitted by Lesley O'Neil. The following comment was attached: Looks more like Luvise, a name used in those days?
This correction was evaluated by Rick Moffat: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
