On line 9, the value for the givens field is "Flora", the suggested correction is "Leora". Submitted by Aileen Sloane. The following comment was attached: 1st letter = "L" 2nd='e' 3rd='o' then comes "ra".
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: A change other than the suggested correction has been made, I have checked the image of the original form and agree with the current value
