On line 50, the value for the givens field is "Louise", the suggested correction is "Louisa". Submitted by Lesley O'Neil.
This correction was evaluated by Rick Moffat: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: compare to the last letter of Caoline on line 47, they both appear to be an "e"
