On line 39, the value for the givens field is "Cleristna", the suggested correction is "Christina". Submitted by Krystal Tait.
This correction was evaluated by Joseph Panaro: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Christina may have been her name but I can't see it here
