On line 9, the value for the surname field is "McKeski(?)", the suggested correction is "McKeski". Submitted by Carol Foisy. The following comment was attached: Line detail says he's Polish, emigrated from Prussia, so a "Mc" name can't be right. Closest I could find on a list in a Polish Genealogy site is MAKOWSKI.You may wish to create a surname note as a possible alternative.
This correction was evaluated by AnneR: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
