On line 15, the value for the surname field is "Plydle", the suggested correction is "Pl?dle". Submitted by Judy van der Veen. The following comment was attached: Not clear, but I do think you have confused the upper loop of the D below with a y that is either a or o.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Pleydell in 1911
