On line 1, the value for the givens field is "Alvester", the suggested correction is "Alventer". Submitted by Patsy Anne Dennison.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
