In household 4, the enumerator wrote the surname as 'Lewan', a suggested alternative surname is 'Leman'. The person suggesting the alternative surname provided this comment: 'See John Adams below.'.

This correction was evaluated by Barbara Millar: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: Look at eh "u" in McArthur maybee the "W' is a u. The guy was from Poland so maybe the name is phonetically spelled.
