On line 45, the value for the surname field is "Malleney", the suggested correction is "Skublenay". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: The first characters are reasonably clear as 'Sk'. The rest is questionable. I've confirmed based on the location of the property that this was Dmytro Skubleny.
